What do we expect you to develop when you are here?

• Responsibilities and tasks related to corporate law.

What profile are we looking for?

• Law Degree or Graduate with the Master's in Access to the Legal Profession.
• A specialized Master’s in commercial law will be highly valued.
• A professional with at least 4 years of experience in business law.
• Proven and demonstrable experience in M&A transactions.
• Fluency in Spanish is essential, and proficiency in Catalan (spoken and written) will be highly valued.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Knowledge of other languages, particularly French or German, will be an advantage.
• A professional capable of performing their tasks with complete autonomy and operational independence.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High negotiation skills.
• Proactivity, strong analytical and technical skills, and the ability to manage teams.
