Tax Accounting Manager

What do we expect you to develop when you're here?

• Manage the client portfolio in the department and oversee the team of professionals, both tax advisors and accountants.
• Be responsible for the international client portfolio.
• Provide support to the team in resolving client inquiries.
• Maintain direct communication with both international and national clients to coordinate work.
• Supervise the team's functions.
• Ensure the quality of service provided by the department's professionals.

What profile are we looking for?

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar fields.
• A Master’s degree in Taxation is essential.
• Proficiency in English (minimum C1) and Spanish.
• Proficient in office software tools.
• Knowledge of A3 and SAGE is highly valued.
• Strongly valued is training in balance sheet analysis.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manager or similar position.
• Experience in providing accounting and tax advisory services to clients and preparing reports.
• Organizational skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• A clear focus on working towards objectives.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
