What Do We Expect You to Develop When You Join Us?

  • Incident and support request management for Baker Tilly professionals.
  • Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues in IT systems, networks, and peripherals.
  • Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to ensure operational continuity.
  • Configure, maintain, and update IT equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with IT teams on various projects and technological updates.
  • Document procedures and troubleshooting guides for future reference.

What Profile Are We Looking For?

  • Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Grado Superior) in IT Systems or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office productivity software.
  • Certifications in IT (such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Familiarity with networks, protocols, and IT services.
  • Good level of English (minimum B2).
  • Team player, dynamic, and proactive.
  • Motivation to grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional who enjoys staying up to date with the latest trends and advancements in technology.
