What Do We Expect You to Develop When You Join Us?
- Incident and support request management for Baker Tilly professionals.
- Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues in IT systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to ensure operational continuity.
- Configure, maintain, and update IT equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams on various projects and technological updates.
- Document procedures and troubleshooting guides for future reference.
What Profile Are We Looking For?
- Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Grado Superior) in IT Systems or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office productivity software.
- Certifications in IT (such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with networks, protocols, and IT services.
- Good level of English (minimum B2).
- Team player, dynamic, and proactive.
- Motivation to grow in a fast-paced environment.
