Tell us about yourself
After several years working in other law firms, I started my professional career at Baker Tilly in 2015, becoming Head of Employment Advisory in 2018 and, three years later, becoming Partner of the firm for the same area.
What do you value most about being part of Baker Tilly?
I love the new challenges and opportunities that we face in our business and the future projection that the international network offers us.
Without a doubt, what I value most is the working environment that we have managed to achieve throughout the firm (not only in the division I lead). I think we are like a big family where the values of solidarity and camaraderie are palpable in any of our offices.
What advice would you give to someone starting out in their career?
Perhaps there is no single piece of advice for everyone, but I think there are some fundamental values that we should all keep in mind, and not only when starting a professional career, but also throughout it.
