Tell us about yourself

As the Regional Director for the EMEA region of Baker Tilly International, I am responsible for supporting the global network in advancing its strategic direction and growth within the largest and most diverse of its four regions, as well as promoting collaboration among network firms to develop and implement innovative solution for our clients.

I am also a member of the Board of Directors of the Spanish firm.

How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?

At least in my case, in more than 25 years I have been able to see how the digital world has been developing and how this in my opinion has generated more speed in communications at all levels, more volume of information and of course more demanding response times and work.

What advice would you give to someone starting out in their career?

“Ship in harbour is safe, but that's not what ships are for” 😉
