Degree in Economics and Business Administration. Degree in Law. Practicing Auditor, registered in the ROAC (Registro Oficial de Auditores de Cuentas), under number 15657. Practicing Insolvency Administrator. General Secretary of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Spain (ICJCE).
He has been Secretary of the Steering Committee of the Territorial Group 1 of the ICJCE and Dean of the Toledo Section of the Madrid Association of Economists. He worked in Control Presupuestario S.A. as an applications programmer (1985-1986), in the internal audit of Telefónica (1986-1987), in project control of the engineering company Centunión (1987-1988), in the auditing firm Coopers and Lybrand (1988-1992), and was director of internal audit of the RTVE Group until he founded Account Control Sociedad de Auditoría in 1996, today integrated in Baker Tilly, of which he is its chairman.
