Tell us about yourself
I hold a Law degree from the University of Barcelona and completed the full-time Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession with a specialization in Employment Law and Human Resources at ESADE (2015).
Before joining Baker Tilly, I worked in the employment law departments of some of the leading national and international law firms. I have also served as an in-house lawyer, which has given me the opportunity to understand first-hand the needs of our clients’ Labour Relations and People departments, not only from a legal standpoint but also from a practical perspective.
How do you think these last few years have influenced the way we work?
The introduction of new technologies has been key to the development and modernization of professionals in the legal sector. In this regard, Baker Tilly is firmly committed to investing in the best technology and AI systems to improve work methods and case management, which is essential to providing the best possible advice to our clients.
