Tell us about yourself
I have developed almost my entire professional career at Audalia, now part of Baker Tilly, following some earlier experience linked to technology and professional services in both Spain and the UK. I also completed an MBA at Saint Louis University.
Currently, I am a Partner in the People Innovation area, where we have been supporting large companies for over 20 years in the digitalisation of their Human Resources processes.
How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?
As a former basketball player and coach, I strongly believe in the concept of “team.” While recent years have accelerated the adoption of remote working, with its advantages and challenges, it is also true that building and developing teams from a distance can be more complex.
What advice would you give to someone starting their career?
I recently saw an athlete on social media who writes “Have faith” after every match. That would be my advice: if you believe in yourself, with consistency, continuous development, and hard work, it is possible to achieve almost anything.
