Tell us about yourself
With more than 25 years of experience in professional services firms in Barcelona, I have developed my career in the tax field, serving as Partner in the Tax Planning area since 2011. Currently, I focus on tax due diligence processes, tax optimisation and proceedings before the tax authorities.
I hold a Law degree and a Master’s degree in Taxation from UIC, and I am a member of the ICAB and AEDAF. I have extensive experience in providing tax advisory services to individuals and companies, including corporate transactions, tax reviews and both administrative and judicial proceedings.
How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?
The area of Law in which we operate is in constant evolution and change, which requires us to stay continuously up to date in order to deliver services that meet current demands.
Furthermore, the existing legal uncertainty in tax matters, together with the ongoing changes in administrative criteria, represent a significant challenge and require us to advise clients proactively, providing a preventive approach and delivering a proactive service.
