Tell us about yourself

I am French and passionate about languages. Since 2004, I have developed my career in the field of Commercial Law, with a particular focus on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Currently, I lead this area at Baker Tilly together with a team committed to delivering a service based on quality, rigour and close client relationships.

How do you think recent years have influenced the way we work?

We are experiencing a technological revolution that is transforming the way we work. Digitalisation and, in particular, artificial intelligence, are changing how we access information, manage processes and make decisions.

When used effectively, AI is a powerful ally that improves efficiency and allows us to focus on strategic analysis and personalised client service. However, it also requires continuous learning and a critical approach to ensure we do not lose our legal judgement or the human sensitivity that our profession demands.

What advice would you give to someone starting their career?

I would advise them to maintain an open attitude towards learning and training across different disciplines, as having a broad and cross-functional perspective enables you to become a better professional. I would also encourage them to never lose their curiosity or critical thinking.

"The mutual learning, constant collaboration, and diversity of perspectives are key elements that enrich our practice and drive us to continuously improve."
