Lawyer with 30 years of experience in business law. Currently, I am a partner in the Legal area, leading the litigation and commercial law practices. My professional career has focused on advising companies across various sectors (hospitality, pharmaceutical, transport, real estate, etc.), with experience in projects and international contracting, as well as in M&A.

I also have extensive experience in litigation and arbitration, particularly in corporate disputes, as well as in insolvency law.

How do you think the last few years have influenced the way we work?

In the legal field, particularly in corporate law, recent crises have reshaped the perspective and way law firms operate. Our clients require a deeper understanding of their business and expect preventive advisory services, not only reactive support in response to the legal contingencies they face.
