I have been an economist since 1980. Over the years, I have advised private and public companies on tax matters and labour relations.

How do you think recent years have influenced the way we work?

There is no doubt that technological development and communications have transformed our ways of working. The main challenge is to leverage the available digital tools to optimise processes, while not losing sight of the values that have always defined us.

What advice would you give to someone starting their career?

Providing advisory and consulting services in these areas requires constant updating, which makes lack of time almost a permanent factor. However, this effort is rewarded by the satisfaction of knowing that the work carried out is truly valuable.
