Tell us about yourself

I founded Audiaxis Auditores in 1990, now integrated into Baker Tilly, where I am a member of the Board of Directors.

Representing Spain, I was part of the “Liberation-Qualification Working Party” of the FEE (Federation des Experts Comptables Européens), an advisory body to the European Commission. I was also a member of the Professional Defence Committee of the Catalonia Institute of Chartered Accountants and Auditors.

I am currently a member of the Expert Witness Committee of the Catalonia Institute of Chartered Accountants and Auditors, and serve as an arbitrator and mediator for the Higher Council of Cooperation of the Government of Catalonia.

I have taught on the Master’s Degree in Auditing at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, and I currently lecture at the School of Auditing of the Catalonia Institute of Chartered Accountants and Auditors.

In recent years, I have focused my professional specialisation on the preparation of expert reports as an independent expert in economic, financial and accounting matters, within the framework of judicial proceedings in civil, commercial, criminal, labour and administrative jurisdictions.

How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?

I have combined the pursuit of the highest technical quality and excellence in all my professional work with transparency, confidentiality and personalised attention, as the core values underpinning my professional approach.

All of this is driven by a constant commitment to ensuring that my work delivers value to our clients, by providing practical and effective solutions to the challenges they face.

What do you value most in your day-to-day work? What does Baker Tilly mean to you?

Having a job that, beyond being just a job, is truly a professional vocation.

"Baker Tilly is a meeting point for great professionals and good people"
