Tell us about yourself
Since my first role, I have always worked in consulting and I strongly believe in the power of digital transformation that we bring to organisations through technology. Some time ago, I studied Business Administration and quickly had the opportunity to become involved in technology consulting, initially from a transformational perspective and later from a more strategic standpoint. My mission is to drive change and help organisations maximise their business value.
I am a partner at Baker Tilly and a member of the management committee of the Advisory area, within the consulting practice.
How do you think the last few years have influenced the way we work?
The pace of technological innovation and its corresponding regulatory implications is very high, requiring significant effort from organisations. The human factor is crucial today. We must ensure we stay up to date, lead change and build diverse teams capable of operating and adapting quickly.
What advice would you give to someone starting out in their career?
Without a doubt, enjoy what you do and who you do it with. This is a long-term journey, and it is important to stay motivated and maintain a positive mindset. From a more professional perspective, it is key to maintain a constant balance between the necessary professional specialisation and a strategic vision.
