Tell us about yourself
I have a background as a Labour Relations Specialist and hold a postgraduate qualification in Labour and Social Security Law, as well as various specialised courses and seminars. After an extensive career in the banking sector, I transitioned into the world of professional advisory services. I currently serve as Manager of the EA Department.
How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?
New ways of working are here to stay. We must adapt and move forward with business-applied technology, which has become our main support. Current trends require us to innovate and evolve in line with the times, while also delivering a more comprehensive service to clients.
What advice would you give to someone starting out in their career?
In this field, as in many others, it requires strong levels of professional dedication, patience, motivation and effort. It is important to surround yourself with good people and qualified professionals who make day-to-day work more enjoyable and with whom you can share the satisfaction of achievements.
