How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?
In recent years, I have had to combine the more technical and specialised aspects of my profession with team management and coordination, which has provided me with a broader perspective of our activity.
Additionally, the combination of technological platforms, together with the emergence of artificial intelligence, is already beginning to have an impact and will continue to shape the development of our profession in the coming years.
What advice would you give to someone starting out in their career?
My advice is to always commit to a culture of effort and perseverance. If you continue learning and remain persistent, you will grow as a professional and, ultimately, results and satisfaction will follow.
