Tell us about yourself

I hold a degree in Political Science and Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and the University of Barcelona, respectively. I have a Master’s degree in International Business Law from ESADE; an Executive Master’s in Business Administration and Management from EAE and an executive education programme in Strategic Projects from IESE.

My passion for sport has led me to currently serve as President of the Catalan Tennis Federation; First Vice-President of the Royal Spanish Tennis Federation; member of the board of directors of the International Tennis Federation and member of the Legal and Legal Responsibility Committee of the Spanish Olympic Committee.

I have been a lawyer since 2005 and I am part of Baker Tilly, where I serve as Senior Counsel and Head of the Sports and Entertainment practice in Spain.

How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?

Technological changes and a constantly evolving environment require professionals to continuously adapt and be resilient. We must be aware of the importance of learning to unlearn and remain alert to new market niches, such as the sports and entertainment sector, which has a significant social and economic impact.

What advice would you give to someone starting out in their career?

In such a competitive environment, it is essential to acquire the right training in order to have the necessary tools and earn clients’ trust. The workplace environment should also have a strong human component, enabling the sharing of knowledge and concerns with colleagues and fostering professional growth.

"What I value most in my day-to-day work is the opportunity to collaborate with a highly competent team within a multidisciplinary and global firm that delivers high-value solutions to our clients."
