Tell us about yourself

I hold a degree in Law from Abat Oliba CEU University and, in 2004, I completed a Master’s Degree in Legal Advisory at the Instituto de Empresa. I am also a mediator in civil, commercial and insolvency matters, accredited by the General Council of the Judiciary.

I began my professional career at PINTO RUIZ & DEL VALLE, in the procedural and commercial law department. Subsequently, I worked for nine years at KPMG as a manager in the Barcelona office, within the corporate insolvency department.

In January 2020, I joined Baker Tilly as a partner in the Insolvency and Restructuring department, where I primarily focus on insolvency proceedings in all their aspects.

How do you think recent years have influenced the way we work?

On the one hand, technological transformation in the legal sector has shown us that it is possible to work in a coordinated and efficient way from anywhere and, on the other hand, the emergence of artificial intelligence applied to law is revealing new ways of carrying out our work even more effectively.

What do you value most about being part of Baker Tilly?

What I value most is the opportunity to work with an excellent team, both personally and professionally, within a multidisciplinary legal services firm such as Baker Tilly, where everyone is welcomed, clients are well cared for, and the opinions of all professionals in the firm are respected, from the most junior to the most senior.

"The advice I would give to someone starting their career is to enjoy what they do, to be honest with themselves, their profession and their clients, and to never stop learning."
