Tell us about yourself
I hold a degree in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid and have been a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM) since 1998. Previously, I served as a court clerk in a local court and was a PhD candidate in Private Law at UAM.
Throughout my more than 25 years of professional experience, I have worked in various law firms and have also participated in numerous courses, seminars and conferences related to business law, developing a profile focused on legal, commercial and procedural advisory services for companies across all areas and jurisdictions.
I am currently Director of the Legal Department in Madrid.
How do you think the last few years have influenced the way we work?
In recent years, significant changes have been introduced that affect not only the way we carry out our work internally, but also how we interact with our clients and with other stakeholders such as courts, registries and notaries.
What do you value most in your daily routine?
My greatest personal satisfaction lies in providing our clients with legal solutions for companies that enable them to resolve their issues, as well as being part of the development of their projects. Being able to contribute to the resolution of legal disputes is a highly rewarding experience.
