What I value most in my day-to-day work as a lawyer is the opportunity to constantly face new challenges. Each client, each case, has its own complexity, which allows me to continue learning and growing professionally.
Without a doubt, at Baker Tilly I especially value the team I have the privilege to work with. Teamwork is essential, and I take great satisfaction in seeing how each member contributes their experience and unique perspectives to achieve the best results. I am truly proud to see how, together, we overcome any obstacle and achieve our goals.
What advice would you give to someone starting out in their career?
My advice to someone starting their career is that the most important thing is to have a proactive attitude and the willingness to keep learning continuously. No matter how much technical knowledge you have at the beginning, what will truly make the difference is your attitude towards challenges.
