Tell us about yourself

My professional experience is highly diverse, ranging from family-owned businesses to multinational companies, where I have been involved in their business expansion, both inorganic and organic.

As a common thread, I would say that I have always worked in service companies and have been closely linked to the corporate area.

In terms of education, I studied Business Administration and completed an MBA at the University of Barcelona.

How do you think these last few years have influenced the way of working?

Constant change has become part of our “new normal”.

We must accept that the comfort zone we were accustomed to is gradually fading, giving way to a new environment defined by dynamism.

Personally, I see this as something very positive, as it encourages us to rethink business and operating models, making our day-to-day work far more dynamic and enriching.

What advice would you give to someone starting their career?

I would advise them to be aware that change will accompany them throughout their entire professional career and to remain open to embracing it as an opportunity.

We no longer base our potential solely on our education or experience, but also on our ability to accept and drive change.

"What I have always valued most about the day-to-day at Baker Tilly is starting it with a smile on my face. The good working environment, the camaraderie and the ease of reconciling your personal life are factors that I value a lot."
