I currently lead the tax team at Baker Tilly as a partner in the department.

What do you value most about your day-to-day? And about being part of Baker Tilly?

I value the team we have built across the firm and, of course, within the tax team. I particularly highlight the workplace flexibility, the professional collaboration, and the fact that I have felt listened to, valued and supported in my development since I joined the firm.

Likewise, the close collaboration with the international firms within the network, along with their partners and teams, is another of our key strengths.

How do you think these last few years have influenced the way of working?

Remote working, the almost immediate and efficient digital connectivity with everyone (team and clients), and flexibility have been some of the main improvements we have experienced in recent years.
