Tell us about yourself
I specialise in market research and investor sourcing, and I have extensive experience in business development.
My role within the M&A (mergers and acquisitions) area focuses on market analysis, taking responsibility for the new project origination process; in other words, I coordinate and lead the commercial department of the area.
How do you think these last few years have influenced the way of working?
I would say that the most significant change I have experienced in recent years has been the use of technological tools, which have helped to streamline processes, allowing me to focus on tasks that deliver greater added value.
We are an increasingly large and complex organisation that requires greater capabilities to continue moving forward.
What do you value most about your day-to-day? What does Baker Tilly mean to you?
One of the aspects I have always valued most throughout my professional career is the opportunity to get to know and work across different sectors. Both in my experience within the events organisation field and in the M&A environment, I have worked with companies from a wide range of industries and sizes, which has given me a much broader perspective of the business environment and has been highly enriching from a knowledge standpoint.
What I value about Baker Tilly is the diversity of its teams, where the experience of seasoned professionals is combined with the enthusiasm and drive of young talent, bringing a fresh and up-to-date perspective to projects.
