Tell us about yourself

I have been a lawyer since 1999. I founded AddVANTE Economistas y Abogados, now integrated into Baker Tilly, where I am a partner and co-head of the Legal Area. I am passionate about law and, above all, about providing creative and innovative solutions to complex matters. I completed my legal training with a Master’s degree in Legal and Tax Advisory and another in Financial Accounting.

Over the past twenty years, I have been involved in matters across various disciplines, particularly those related to corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructuring, insolvency law, corporate governance and contract law, as well as business transactions with tax implications both nationally and internationally. I am also an expert in real estate and urban planning legal advisory, with specialisation in project financing and the structuring of vehicles for real estate investment.

I am a member of the Barcelona Bar Association. I also belong to the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors and am registered with the Ministry of Justice as an insolvency and commercial mediator, and in several judicial districts as an insolvency administrator. In recent years, I have been recognised in the directories Best Lawyers and Legal 500.

I currently co-lead the Legal Area at Baker Tilly, which includes corporate law, tax planning, labour law, procedural law, real estate and insolvency.

How do you think these last few years have influenced the way of working?

The evolution of technology has transformed all our professional and working patterns, from how we work and where we work to the way we interact with our professional environment. For me, the most important aspect is the ability to adapt and to make the most of the new tools available to us.

What does Baker Tilly mean to you?
