Tell us about yourself

I began my professional career in 2002 at Banco Santander, where I worked for five years. In 2007, I left the bank to work independently, and that same year I started focusing on M&A (mergers and acquisitions) through my own company. In 2011, I joined Baker Tilly, as at that time the firm did not offer this service. Currently, I am one of the partners responsible for the Corporate Finance division at Baker Tilly, which consists of 50 professionals across offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Alicante, and Bilbao.

How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?

I have evolved from acting solely as an intermediary to providing a full 360 service to clients, advising on M&A from start to finish. In this way, we offer all the services required to successfully complete a transaction (intermediation, comprehensive financial advisory, tax, legal advisory, due diligence, etc.). Our firm is highly dynamic, made up largely of young professionals and, above all, technologically advanced within the financial sector.
