Tell us about yourself

I am a corporate lawyer with more than twenty years of experience in the practice of Corporate Law, advising companies both nationally and internationally.

I specialise in company law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as corporate restructuring and shareholders’ agreements.

I currently serve as company secretary for several entities and advise on the implementation of compliance models, criminal risk prevention and ESG criteria for companies, cooperatives and non-profit organisations.

I am also an expert in the negotiation of commercial contracts and have advised on numerous real estate transactions.

At present, I am a partner and serve as Head of the Corporate Department, as well as being a member of the Compliance Committee of the firm.

I have been recognised in Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions by Best Lawyers since 2013.

How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?

New technologies have brought about a significant change in the way we work, enabling mobility and the possibility of working from anywhere at any time. On the other hand, the market is becoming increasingly competitive, which requires greater professional specialisation in order to stand out and deliver higher quality.

What do you value most in your day-to-day work?

A positive working environment is essential when working as part of a team to achieve strong results and meet objectives. In addition, continuous learning, staying up to date, and having the necessary tools and resources are key to performing our work effectively.
