I hold a degree in Law from the University of Alcalá de Henares. I have a Master’s degree in Corporate Legal Advisory from the Instituto de Empresa and a diploma in Labour Law from the School of Legal Practice in Madrid.

I provide my services as a lawyer specialised in Labour Law, with experience in the design of labour strategies, the management and execution of collective bargaining negotiations across all areas, as well as in assisting in all types of judicial proceedings before any labour court.

How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?

When I started my career, our legislative and case law databases were contained in the extensive physical volumes of Aranzadi. Today, digital legal databases allow access to the necessary information more efficiently, enabling work to be carried out in less time and allowing for a greater workload.

Likewise, digital communication tools, instant messaging, virtual meetings and the electronic filing of documents have made it possible to work from any location and provide a more effective service to clients regardless of where they are based.
