Tell us about yourself
I hold a degree in Labour Relations and Employment. Throughout my professional career, I have worked in various labour advisory firms, providing comprehensive advisory services to companies across different sectors and sizes. I am currently a Manager in the Employment Advisory department
How do you think these last few years have influenced the way of working?
The sector in which we operate requires us to be in a constant process of development and training, especially in recent years, during which there have been significant technological changes and we have had to address new regulatory changes.
What advice would you give to someone starting their career?
My advice would be that the advisory sector, and specifically labour advisory, can at times be demanding, but with resilience and a strong work ethic, it is highly rewarding and offers opportunities for professional growth.
