Tell us about yourself

I have been a lawyer since 1987 and joined Baker Tilly in 2016 as Senior Counsel. Throughout my career, I have advised companies and individuals, both domestic and international, in corporate law, contractual, insolvency, banking, real estate and regulatory matters.

I have been a lecturer in Private International Law at the University of Barcelona for 25 years and served as Chairman of the Foreign Investment Commission of the International Association of Lawyers (UIA) from 2010 to 2016.

What do you value most about being part of Baker Tilly?

What I value most in my current way of working is professional independence.

How do you think these last few years have influenced the way of working?

In recent years, it has become clear that remote work has made physical presence in the office no longer essential.
