Tell us about yourself

I hold a degree in Labour Relations, and I have developed my professional career mainly in people management at Baker Tilly.

Currently, I am responsible for developing and overseeing the policies of the People & Culture area, as well as promoting a positive work environment and enhancing the employee experience. I also collaborate with teams to ensure that our People & Culture initiatives are aligned with the corporate culture, mission, and vision of Baker Tilly.

How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?

In recent years, there has been a strong push towards workplace flexibility, adaptability, and digitalization in the workplace, transforming the way we collaborate and communicate.

What advice would you give to someone starting out in their career?

My advice to those starting their careers is to work on maintaining a positive attitude when facing challenges. I would also recommend focusing on continuous learning and being open to acquiring new skills, even outside their area of expertise.

"I value the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the organisation and my team, as well as the relationship with colleagues".
