Mondraker, founded in 2001, is a brand dedicated to high-performance mountain biking.

It offers pioneering and technologically advanced bikes in all mountain bike disciplines and categories, with a special focus in recent times on electric bikes. A differentiating element of Mondraker has been its commitment to innovation. It is a brand whose advances have gone beyond the company itself, becoming an inspiration for the evolution of MTB bicycles in general. Technological successes that have enabled a relatively small company to have a worldwide media reach.

  • Aim of the project:

The aim of the project is to develop and implement a strategy to exploit the data generated by the Group at various levels.

  • Work carried out:

Baker Tilly's Data Analytics department has provided support throughout the months of implementation of the analytical income statement.

In the first phase, we participated in the theoretical design of the same, as well as the analysis of the different casuistry; later, we formed part of the implementation team at the operational level of the dashboard, as well as the design of the final output; and finally, we carried out a monitoring, improvement and mitigation of incidents during the implementation of the same.
