Tech M&A Junior Analyst

What do we expect you to develop when you are here?

• Generate all necessary documentation related to the processes. 
• Execution of the ongoing process strategy as defined by the Dealmaker. 
• Perform detailed valuation analysis, including DCF, comparable transactions and multiples. 
• Perform market analysis, competitive position and search for new potential investors for the processes.
• Participate in the coordination of the project, including the direct relationship with the investor or seller, hand in hand with the Dealmaker.

What profile are we looking for?

• Proactive, self-motivated and passionate about results. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. 
• High level of English, both written and spoken. Critical analysis and proposals for improvement. 
• An interest in Corporate Finance, Investment or consulting would be an asset. Interest in the technological world would be an asset. Good negotiation skills would be an asset. 
• Resistance to frustration is an asset.
