We are pleased to announce the merger of Baker Tilly with Audalia Nexia, in a key agreement to strengthen our position in the market
This merger significantly strengthens our presence in Madrid and reflects our commitment to excellence in service and talent development. After more than a year of analysis, this integration allows us to expand our services, both locally and internationally.
Audalia, with 45 years of experience and a team of 120 professionals, will strengthen our audit, advisory, tax, and legal services, contributing its knowledge and expertise. In the audit area, the integration is not yet fully effective and, for the time being, collaboration is carried out through an association agreement with Audalia Auditores. As a result, Baker Tilly Spain will now have more than 550 professionals across six offices and a combined revenue of nearly €60 million.
We will continue to be organized into three main divisions: audit, advisory, and tax and legal, with a special focus on key sectors such as technology, real estate, energy, and the third sector. This integration will allow us to accelerate our digital transformation and enhance our ability to offer innovative solutions to our clients.

This agreement strengthens our connection with the Baker Tilly international network, one of the top 10 worldwide, with a presence in more than 141 countries. In addition, our clients will benefit from greater international reach and the support of a global platform.
In the coming months, we will continue working together to complete the integration process in this new phase. The next step will take place in January, with the relocation of all teams to a shared office at Paseo de la Castellana 91.
