Tell us about yourself

In 2003, I founded my own business advisory firm, which was integrated into Baker Tilly in 2015, a firm I had already been working closely with since 2008.

After joining Baker Tilly, I have developed my career across different areas, including Advisory, M&A, Shared Services, and Digital. I currently serve as Corporate Director, where I coordinate and manage the firm’s functional areas.

How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?

External factors such as economic and health crises, global sociopolitical changes, generational gaps, and digital disruption are reshaping both the economy and working models. It will likely take time to fully understand the extent of the significant changes we have experienced over such a short period.

What do you value most in your day-to-day life and being part of Baker Tilly?

What I value most is the strong relationships with colleagues across the firm, which make it easier to take on the major business challenges we face at Baker Tilly.
