I am currently the Partner responsible for Audit at Baker Tilly in the Levante region and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors.

How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?

The adoption of virtual tools as a means of connecting with colleagues and clients has brought about a significant change. It is essential to leverage the advantages these tools offer, while not losing sight of the importance of personal interaction and close relationships key elements in delivering our work effectively.

What advice would you give to someone starting their career?

I believe it is very important for those starting their professional careers to maintain open and effective communication with colleagues and senior team members, sharing their concerns and development along the way. This continuous exchange fosters ongoing learning and professional growth.
