How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?
 The adoption of new technological tools and the growth of remote work have increased efficiency and flexibility, allowing us to better adapt to clients’ needs and new team dynamics.
What advice would you give to someone starting their career?
My advice would be to always remain humble and open to learning, to show empathy and a positive attitude for effective teamwork, to work hard, be honest and rigorous in your practice—and above all, to enjoy the profession.
