I have developed my entire career in the field of strategic consulting and, currently, I am Director of M&A at the Madrid office.
How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?
These years have allowed me to focus my work more on decision-making, adopting a broader and more global view of the business and clients, as well as improving my ability to prioritize their needs.
What advice would you give to someone starting out in their career?
I would highlight the dynamism and uniqueness of each day. Every day is different, and there is always a new client or business to learn from. Learning is continuous.
