Tell us about yourself

I have been an auditor and statutory auditor since 2001. I hold a Law degree and I am currently Audit Partner at Audalia Auditores. I have dedicated my professional career to auditing since I started at the family firm founded by my father in 1981, up to the present day. Throughout this journey, I have gained experience across all departments and roles within the company and have worked with a wide range of clients, which has provided me with a global strategic vision at all levels.

Currently, as an Audit Partner, I supervise and sign off on the projects under my responsibility. I am also responsible for the continuous training of the audit teams. I represent the firm before universities and maintain contact with students interested in pursuing a career in auditing.

How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?

Digitalisation allows us to stay continuously connected from anywhere. We are immersed in a new revolution driven by artificial intelligence, which will transform the way we work, audit and live.

What do you value most in your day-to-day work and being part of Baker Tilly?

What I value most in my work is the interaction with people and the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the implemented processes of the different audited companies.

Furthermore, knowing that the content of our audit report is key to business decision-making motivates me to maintain a constant commitment to improvement and professional growth.
