Tell us about yourself
After completing my studies in Economics at the Complutense University of Madrid, I began my professional career in the sector. For several years, I performed roles in advisory, auditing and tax, as I am both an auditor and hold a Law degree. Subsequently, I specialised in tax advisory, eventually becoming a partner in this area.
How do you think these last few years have influenced the way of working?
On the one hand, the significant progress of remote work has demonstrated its effectiveness and full operability. On the other hand, the cultural shift driven by new generations highlights the importance of work-life balance, prioritising it over the pursuit of professional success at any cost. It is essential to adapt and make the most of these changes.
What do you value most in your day-to-day work? What advice would you give to someone starting out in their career?Â
I value knowing that the work I do has purpose, that it is useful for clients, and that the effort and dedication are worthwhile when they generate tangible results for the organisation and its mission, all while maintaining a balance between personal and professional life.
