Tell us about yourself

My professional career has always been linked to the field of strategic and financial consulting.

I graduated in Business and Economics, with a postgraduate degree in Negotiation Techniques. I am a Chartered Auditor, and I took part in a training programme at ESADE on Financial Markets.

I had the opportunity to work as a consultant and auditor in the banking sector, which provided me with extensive knowledge of the financial sector, with strong expertise in corporate financing, structured operations and refinancing, mainly across the industrial, consumer, energy, automotive, construction and healthcare sectors.

I have also specialised in development and growth processes for the family business, which allows me to actively participate as an independent board member in strategic matters and support the generational transition of the company’s management and decision-making bodies.

Currently, I am Head of the Advisory division at Baker Tilly, where we provide services in forensic, strategic and financial consulting, transaction services, environment, sustainability, and mergers and acquisitions.

How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?

Digital transformation, process automation and artificial intelligence have brought greater efficiency and responsiveness to our work, in line with what our clients expect from us.

What do you value most in your day-to-day life and being part of Baker Tilly?

I value the positive working environment and the opportunity to work with a committed team in a multidisciplinary and international setting, which allows me to deliver more transversal and creative solutions.
