I have been an economist since 1980. Over the past 45 years, I have advised both private and public companies in the areas of taxation and labor relations.
How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?
It is undeniable that technological and communication developments have changed our working methods. The challenge we now face is to make use of the tools available to us tools that will allow us to optimize all processes without losing sight of the values that have always defined us.
What do you value most in your day-to-day work and being part of Baker Tilly?
The evolution of advisory and consulting work in these areas requires you to stay constantly up to date, which means that a lack of time becomes a permanent condition. However, it is ultimately rewarding due to the satisfaction that comes from the usefulness of the work.
