I work in the field of taxation, currently as Head of the Tax team in Madrid.

How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?

In recent years, I have gained, if anything, a more international perspective on corporate taxation. In addition, the use of more advanced digital tools, driven by digitalisation, has made it possible to streamline processes in my work.

What advice would you give to anyone starting out in their career?

Stay motivated and bring a positive attitude. Ultimately, and increasingly so, our work is in constant change, meaning you never stop learning new things. It is important to remain attentive and proactive at all times.
