I studied Business Administration and Management and, after completing an internship in banking, I realised that my true vocation lay elsewhere. That was the starting point of my professional career in accounting and tax advisory, a path where I have continued to learn through day-to-day experience, taking on new challenges that have enabled me to grow professionally and gradually assume greater responsibilities.

What do you value most about being part of Baker Tilly?

I particularly value the sense of camaraderie and teamwork, which I consider essential. I firmly believe that a positive working environment plays a key role in a person’s professional development and helps you feel fulfilled in your work.

What advice would you give to someone starting their career?

Be responsible in your work, never settle, don’t take anything for granted, and seek support from your colleagues whenever you need it.

How do you think recent years have influenced the way we work?

We are facing an increasingly dynamic and ever-changing work model, one in which we have had to learn to adapt quickly. Artificial Intelligence has entered our lives at an extraordinary pace, making it essential to stay up to date and commit to continuous learning.
