I have more than ten years of professional experience in the field of restructuring and insolvency. Throughout my career, I have advised both debtors facing crisis situations — from pre-insolvency stages through to formal insolvency proceedings — and creditors in the protection and defence of their rights and interests.
How do you think recent years have influenced the way we work?
The rapid evolution of the digital environment has significantly transformed the way we work. Digitalisation and the adoption of new technological tools have made it possible to optimise the daily management of matters, increasing efficiency and agility in our processes, while also fostering better work organisation.
