Tell us about yourself

I completed a Master’s Degree in Tax Advisory and Management at ESADE after graduating in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona (UB). In addition, I continue to undertake various training and update courses on different taxes and current tax regulations.

Since 2008, I have been part of the tax planning department at Baker Tilly, where I provide tax advisory services to entities and individuals, with a particular focus on family succession planning.

How do you think these last few years have influenced the way you work?

There is no doubt that new technologies have brought about a change in the way we work, with the introduction and increased flexibility of remote working, enabling development and greater use of technological innovations.

What do you value most in your day-to-day work?

A positive working environment is key, highlighting trust and strong relationships with colleagues and clients, as well as a commitment to learning and mentoring new generations.
