What I value most about being part of Baker Tilly is belonging to an organization that is highly connected to the day-to-day reality—both in terms of the tools we use and the nature of the matters we handle.

How do you think these past few years have influenced the way we work?

The advancement in the use of digital tools has been one of the most significant transformations in how we work. It has streamlined processes, enabled remote work, and improved team coordination. The digitalization of documents and the ability to hold meetings or court hearings remotely have contributed to greater efficiency.

What advice would you give to someone starting their career?

Beyond having a strong legal foundation, it’s essential to remain humble and open to learning. Listening, sharing, and collaborating with colleagues fosters both professional and personal growth.
