Tell us about yourself

I am a Labour Relations graduate. I have developed my career in the labour advisory sector, taking on responsibilities as Head of Department. I am currently a Manager in the Employment Advisory department.

How do you think these last few years have influenced the way of working?

As we all know, recent years have been particularly turbulent in many respects and, specifically, in corporate labour advisory, we have had to face significant challenges, both in terms of workload and the complexity of the work carried out.

What do you value most about your day-to-day?

What I value most in my day-to-day work is being part of an excellent working environment; being part of the Baker Tilly team makes this possible.
