I am currently an Audit Director in Barcelona and have extensive professional experience in finance and, more specifically, in financial audit.

What do you value most about your day to day? And being part of Baker Tilly?

I particularly value that our leaders are always focused on improving and on delivering a higher-quality service to our clients. I am proud to be part of an organisation that supports the professional development of young professionals with strong expertise and is committed to innovative solutions.

What advice would you give to someone starting their career?

My advice would be to take things step by step, as it is a long-term journey. It is important to develop patience and maintain an open attitude towards new challenges that may arise within the organisation. For me, it is essential to be willing to ask questions at the beginning of your career in order to learn as much as possible from people who can offer different perspectives and help you improve your skills.
