I began my professional career as an accounting advisor and have extensive experience in auditing. I joined Baker Tilly as a Senior Auditor in Toledo and currently serve as a Partner of the firm.

What advice would you give to someone starting their career?

In this field, it is important to be proactive and dynamic, with a strong willingness to learn and grow. It is a profession based on teamwork, where interpersonal skills are essential. The audit profession allows you to gain a comprehensive understanding of how a company operates, and interaction with clients is highly enriching both personally and professionally.
