Tell us about yourself
I hold a Law degree from the University of Barcelona, along with a postgraduate qualification in Legal Practice from the Barcelona Bar Association and a Master’s degree in German Law (LL.M.) from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
I practice as a qualified lawyer and have specialised in civil and criminal procedural law, while also having been involved in a wide range of matters in the fields of commercial and administrative law, among others. I am also a court-appointed legal aid lawyer.
Since 2016, I have been working with Baker Tilly, focusing on the management of procedural matters, and I currently hold the position of Senior Counsel in the Procedural area.
How do you think the last few years have influenced the way you work?
Recent changes have driven a significant evolution, particularly in relation to the use of information technologies. I believe that, nowadays, making the most of all available tools not only allows us to be more flexible in our work, but also to operate in a more global way, which contributes to delivering a high-quality legal service to our clients.
What do you value most about your day-to-day life and about being part of Baker Tilly?
The opportunity to work in an international environment, with major clients, while still keeping in mind the needs of local clients.
